Three persons drowned in the Padma river in separate incidents in Louhajang upazila of Munshiganj yesterday. Of them, Md Rahat, 23, of Dhaka's Bangshal area, drowned when he went down the river to swim in Dahori Nawpara around 5:00pm, said doctors at Louhajang Upazila Health Complex. Meanwhile, Hridoy, 10,and Suman, 8, who went to Shimulia to attend a wedding ceremony from Narayanganj, drowned while bathing.thedailystar
