জাপানের দুর্যোগ-পরবর্তী পরিস্থিতি এখন সংবাদমাধ্যমের মূল আলোচ্য বিষয় থেকে সংগতভাবেই সরে দাঁড়িয়েছে। ত্রিমুখী দুর্যোগ আঘাত হানার পরবর্তী দুই সপ্তাহ সংবাদ শিরোনামের অনেকটা জুড়েই ছিল জাপানের খবরাখবর। শুরুতে ভূমিকম্প আর সুনামির ধ্বংসযজ্ঞের ওপর আলোকপাত করা হলেও অল্প দিনেই দৃষ্টি সরে যায় ফুকুশিমা জেলার পারমাণবিক বিদ্যুৎকেন্দ্রে ঘটে যাওয়া দুর্ঘটনার ওপর, যে দুর্ঘটনার প্রভাব জাপান এখন পর্যন্ত কাটিয়ে উঠতে পারেনি।
